Nicest people ever!

Took my daughter to look at a car seen on auto trader. Debbie and Tom were both kind, professional and helpful. We had a lovely chat with them both and felt really reassured that we were buying a good car. Nothing was too much trouble and they explained everything clearly. Such lovely people, I can’t recommend going here to buy a car enough!

Phenomenal Customer Service

The best customer service I have ever encountered at a car dealership they were always on hand if i ever needed anything and know exactly when to give you space so you can properly think about your purchase. They really care about every car they sell and alwaus had good knowledge of what they had in stock. Such a relaxed environment considering the industry can be plagued by pushy sales people, these people will only ever be happy when you're happy. I've had 2 cars now from here and would happily be back a 3rd time if the situation arose. If there were 6 stars I could give them it still wouldnt be enough.

Really easy process from start to finish. Booked a viewing & test drive on Monday, completed part exchange the following day. Tom & Steph did the V5 online with the DVLA so it was hassle free. Very pleased with new car so far.

This is our second time buying a car from HQ car sales and we couldn't praise them enough. Within less than 24hrs of enquiring I was able to part exchange my old car for a beautiful car on their forecourt. Any concerns I had about the car were immediately resolved and questions answered on the spot. I drove the car home the same day. The car itself was in pristine condition for its age, and was extremely clean, tidy and presentable. Tom is a kind and professional salesman who doesn't put any pressure on you to make a sale. He couldn't have been anymore accommodating. I will be coming back soon to purchase a third card for a relative. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again.

Best car garage around!

Honestly the best car sales garage around! After purchasing a car with them a couple months back we have had no issues and were so impressed we brought our second one off them last week! Fantastic choice of cars to suit all pockets

Service from HQ cars was outstanding in every aspect, my old car had failed the MOT miserably and I was looking for a small car to suit my needs in my latter years. To be honest I had a choice of about four cars that suited my pocket and needs. The help and assistance I was given was second to none and the cheery staff helped me in every way. The car is absolutely perfect and I’ve been enjoying it now for a couple of months.

Good selection of cars and reasonably priced too. Bought a lovely Vauxhall Astra. Was looking to purchase a new car but only called in to see what was available, was not put under any pressure to buy, was offered a test drive and the sale was completed so easy and quick. Credit to Tom the owner, a very nice honest person. Would recommend HQ car sales to anyone.

Could not ask for more when purchasing a second-hand car

This was my first time using a second-hand car dealer, so I was slightly dubious. There was no need, as I would not hesitate to use HQ cars again. Tom was amazing….. nothing was too much trouble, even my crazy texts quite late into the evening. All my requests were met with positive responses, and when we viewed the car, it was exactly as described, and the purchase was quick and easy. Integrity & morals

I've always been cautious about car dealers, but Tom completely changed my view. He wasn’t a pushy salesman—just helpful and professional. The real standout moment came after I bought the car. Two weeks later, it wouldn’t start, and I feared the worst. I called Tom, and instead of brushing me off, he immediately said, "No problem, I'll fix it or refund your money." Turns out it was just a blown fuse—99p to fix—but the key thing was how quickly he helped and showed real integrity. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Professional and friendly, very supportive seller

It was a perfect experience from start to finish; collecting the car was very smooth. Had an issue with a coolant pipe burst 2 days outside of warranty. Tom was really helpful regarding that issue and paid for the repair out of pocket. Will definitely buy a car from this man in the future. he was really helpful, and other than the pipe (which I did buy an older car, so I can expect some issues regarding age), the car has been faultless. We called up today wanting to view a car, Tom said to head down and he would wait for us even though it was already late afternoon and we were still going to be about an hour, we got there and Tom greeted us and had the car ready for us to see, brought car as it was exactly what we wanted and needed.
